The Owner:

My name is Brett Curtis and I have been in the IT industry for over 25 years. I started programming at 11 years old and realized that I had a gift for working with computers. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University. After working my way through college with an investment firm as their IT Department and Chief Information Officer on the Board of Directors, I started my first IT support business "Brett the Computer Guy."

This support business focused on helping individuals and small companies with their computer problems, and helped many people in the Indianapolis area for many years. I founded Mountain Dream IT to help people with their computer problems, and also to enjoy the beautiful mountains of Colorado.

Upon publishing this website, Brett was promoted to Head Geek at Mountain Dream IT. He has also been awarded "Employee of the Month" for every months running.

The Company:

Combining Midwest customer service values and a genuine ability to help people, I founded Mountain Dream IT to bring help desk style tech support directly to you and your employees - in person and on a regular basis. I'm a nice guy who likes to help people solve technology challenges and I'm patient with those who do not understand technology. Are you getting the help you need? "Don't fret, get Brett."

In order to promote customer service, you will not be required to visit this website to fill out a trouble ticket. You will have my cell phone number and can call, text or email me directly. In order to avoid certain unfavorable experiences associated with IT Support, I have made the following 4 commitments:

  1. Commitment to Honesty - You will be able to trust that I am always being honest with you.
  2. Commitment to Service - You will witness that I am dedicated to providing helpful service to you and your employees.
  3. Commitment to Attendance - You will see that I am present and doing my job where and when I am supposed to be.
  4. Commitment to Value - You will not be overcharged for getting the help you need. Support visits and rates will be clearly disclosed. The number of monthly visits locks in an hourly rate for any projects or additional support that may be needed.

Please contact me to discuss your IT Support needs. "Don't fret, get Brett."
